Please be aware that, as with any hand-made wooden product, perfection is not obtainable. When working with any natural product such as wood or marble, slight imperfections may occur and are considered acceptable in our industry and add to the uniqueness and individuality of the piece.

Deliveries services the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia area where we have the capability of making ground deliveries via delivery trucks.. We provide you with superior delivery service within days while offering quality customer service. In the future we will be expanding our delivery areas to meet the needs of our growing customer base. Please note a signature is required at the time of delivery to ensure that the appropriate party receives the item. Be sure to inspect your piece carefully at the time of delivery. If you have any questions or concerns please call customer service right away, so we can take immediate action to resolve the situation.


When you place your order at, we check to see that the product(s) is available to the specifications you desire, and that all of your delivery/shipping information is verified. This process takes 48 hours. Your order is then forwarded to our delivery shipping department for distribution. All deliveries in the Metropolitan Atlanta area will be scheduled within two (2) weeks of purchase. You will be notified by email of your delivery date and time interval. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order within 48 hours, we will gladly confirm cancellation without penalty. Your card will be credited with the sales amount in full. Please include your original invoice number. Returns may take up to 10 days to process. This means that the credit for your item returned will appear in your account within 10 days.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL with no refunds, no exchanges*, and no credits. NO EXCEPTIONS! *Freeman Furniture Designs does not stock any products, and is able to pass on our savings to our customers through our great prices. However, this also means that we are subject to the manufacturers' return policies. Any claims for defective merchandise must be unassembled and packaged in Freeman Furniture's original boxes and without writing on the box. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 5 days.
