FAQ's

If the answer to your question is not listed below please feel free to email us at onlinesupport@freemanfurniture.com or call us at

(404) 642-1250.

1. Where is your showroom located?

Our #1 question! We are an online furniture store. Our online showroom includes hundreds of furniture groups.  By displaying our furniture collection on our website rather than in a physical showroom we save money in lower overhead and the savings are passed on to our customers. We only sell high end products at medium end prices...with free delivery* and no sales tax.

2. Do you offer financing?

Not at this time.

3. Can I purchase the furniture through Freeman Furniture Designs' website?

The answer is YES! You actually enter your credit card information on our secure/encrypted website and your order is processed and delivered in days; not weeks.

4. I don't see the prices. Is pricing listed on www.FreemanFurniture.com?

Yes! Each item is priced. See the video below.

5. Why not have 50% to 70% discounts like other furniture stores?

Today's consumers are smarter than most retailers give them credit for being. It doesn't take much figuring out to see that a retailer offering huge discounts is inflating their prices first, we don't do that. We figure a reasonable markup over what the product actually costs and that is what you will find marked in our online showroom. There is no tricky stuff going on here.

6. Is my furniture assembled when it is delivered?

No. Your furniture will be delivered in shipping boxes to protect the furniture.  Freeman Furniture does offer an assembly service at an additional cost of $45.00 per room. The service includes removing the furniture from the packaging, assembling it and placement. We do not take the shipping boxes and packaging with us do to space limitations on the delivery truck.

7. Does Freeman Furniture offer special sales?

Occasionally, we will have a promotion that will be advertised through search engines or our web site. So, if you're looking for special pricing, check back often.

8. How does the free delivery work?

Freeman Furniture Designs actually pays for your delivery for you. The cost is not added into the price like other “Free Delivery” claims. Our delivery is outsourced through a partner company called RBS Moving & Delivery. They are an excellent company with a great reputation for punctuality and kid gloves service.

9. Do you offer refunds or returns?

While we do offer free delivery to our Metro Atlanta customers, the expense of delivery is covered by Freeman Furniture Designs. We therefore cannot pay our staff to deliver furniture to customers only wanting to get a better look at it. All Sales are Final. Only defective merchandise may be exchanged.  All orders are 'Special Orders' and are subject to all regulations and policies of your credit card provider that govern 'Special Orders'.

10. What if the furniture is damaged when it arrives?

Because your satisfaction is our #1 goal, your furniture is inspected before it leaves the warehouse. If by some remote chance it arrives to your residence damaged, it will be returned to the warehouse and exchanged. This also applies to missing parts or hardware items, etc.

18. What is hardwood veneer?

Wooden products that have large surfaces may be made from wood veneer to avoid the great costs associated with making large items entirely of solid wood. In woodworking, veneer refers to thin slices of wood, usually thinner than 3 mm (1/8 inch), that are usually glued and engineered onto core panels to produce flat panels such as doors, tops and side panels for cabinets, parquet floors and parts of furniture. The top and bottom layer is made of solid wood so when matched up to a solid wood frame the finish matches beautifully. Engineered hardwood veneers posess qualities that are often superior to real hardwood because it does not cup, warp or bow.
